The hundredfold blessing

“Then he said, “Take the arrows,” and the king took them. Elisha told him, “Strike the ground.” He struck it three times and stopped. The man of God was angry with him and said, “You should have struck the ground five or six times; then you would have defeated Aram and completely destroyed it. But now you will defeat it only three times.””
‭‭2 Kings‬ ‭13:18-19‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The Lord has put arrows of victory and blessings in our hands, and it is up to us to “strike the ground ” as many times as we wish.

“Isaac planted crops in that land, and the same year reaped a hundredfold, because the Lord blessed him. The man became rich, and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy.” Genesis‬ ‭26:12-13‬ ‭NIV‬‬
Isaac was a farmer, and when he decided to “strike the ground” with the arrow of victory, God granted him a hundredfold return on what he sowed.
Whatever your job or business is today, claim the promise of God, that you would reap a hundredfold when we put in our time, energy and resources.
This hundredfold blessing is repeated by Jesus in the book of Mark.
“Truly I tell you,” Jesus replied, “no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age: homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields—along with persecutions—and in the age to come eternal life.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭10:29-30‬ ‭NIV‬
Today, we declare that the hundredfold blessing will follow us everywhere we have put in effort, time and money. The hundredfold blessing is an “arrow of victory” God has given to us. Today, we chose to strike the arrow of victory many times, and in different areas of our lives. We declare that we will reap the hundredfold return on every investment, to the glory of our God, the maker and owner of this earth and all that is in it.
Holy Spirit, energize us to strike many many times. We will prosper in this age, we will continue to prosper, and we will become exceedingly prosperous, in the name of Jesus.
