“Now the advice of Ahithophel, which he gave in those days, was as if one had inquired at the oracle of God. So was all the advice of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom.”

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”
‭‭James‬ ‭1:5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Today, we ask for wisdom from the Lord for our jobs and for our everyday living. We ask that the Holy Spirit will fill us with wisdom for handling every situation in life. In our speech, actions and inaction, may we exhibit exceptional wisdom and tact by the power of the Holy Spirit. We ask that the Spirit of God will give us insight and foresight into all things pertaining to us and our children.
When the Apostles needed people to wait tables, they sought men who are filled with the Holy Spirit. We should bear in mind that, no task is too little or too mundane to seek wisdom for. As God has promised, He will give us wisdom in abundance if we seek his mind concerning our decision making, whether for important things or things we consider little.
Let’s remember to inquire of our God at every turn, for He is always speaking to us and guiding us. In the name of Jesus.
