Our yoke breaking God

“Agreed,” they answered. “We will only tie you up and hand you over to them. We will not kill you.” So they bound him with two new ropes and led him up from the rock. 14 As he approached Lehi, the Philistines came toward him shouting. The Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon him. The ropes on his arms became like charred flax, and the bindings dropped from his hands (Judges 15: 13-14)

Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? 1 Corinthians 3:16

Three thousand men from Judah bound Samson to hand him over to the Philistines. Just before his enemies could touch him, the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon him and the ropes on his arms became like charred flax, and the bindings dropped from his hands. The same Holy Ghost that come on Samson dwells in you, so every physical (body) and spiritual ropes or bindings (limitations) should drop off our lives. Unlike Samson, your body is the permanent residence of Holy Ghost and the enemy has no share and should not trespass. The Holy Ghost is an expert in removing burdens and destroying yokes as stated in Isaiah 10:27.

“And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing”.

Samson then grabbed a fresh jaw bone and struck down a thousand men. Let’s also grab the power and authority of Jesus’ Name and struck down every aliments and every unforeseen force in our lives especially our bodies (temple of the Holy Ghost). After the victory, Samson was thirsty and the Lord cause water to follow from hollow places to satisfy physical need. This is a testimony that our Lord cares equally about our physical needs as He does about our spiritual needs and He will always met them all.

Today is like the 13th day of the Adar (Esther 9:1) when God turned the tables and gave the upper hand to His children. We are living in the dispensation that Isaiah prophesied about. We therefore boldly declare that through the mighty name of Jesus and anointing of the Holy Ghost, every ropes has come off, every enemy demolished and every thirst satisfied.
