“Then he placed the peeled branches in all the watering troughs, so that they would be directly in front of the flocks when they came to drink. When the flocks were in heat and came to drink, they mated in front of the branches. And they bore young that were streaked or speckled or spotted.” Genesis‬ ‭30:38-39‬ ‭NIV‬‬

We thank our God the maker of the heavens and the earth, for the wisdom he gives us in making wealth. Jacob was working under a very hostile work environment under Laban. Laban changed his wages ten times and tried to cheat Jacob.
But Jacob looked up for help from God, the maker of the heavens and the earth. Despite the tricks being played by his bosses, Jacob prospered because God showed him what to do for the animals to produce more of what he wanted.
Today, we want to tell our God, that our help comes from him, maker of the heavens and the earth. We ask for wisdom and strategy that will cause us to prosper in our occupation, professions and business, despite the environment we operate in. We pray the Lord for fresh and innovative ideas that will catapult us into the limelight. He is the God who gives us the power to make wealth. He will not let our foot slip as we takes steps towards achieving our goals. May the one who made the heavens and the earth prosper you, in the name of Jesus.
