“And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, a Man stood opposite him with His sword drawn in His hand. And Joshua went to Him and said to Him, “ Are You for us or for our adversaries?” So He said, “No, but as Commander of the army of the LORD I have now come.” And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped, and said to Him, “What does my Lord say to His servant?” Joshua‬ ‭5:13-14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
It is the Lord’s business to command victories for us and to cause us to overcome every obstacle in our path. Jesus our Commander in Chief, is always ready with instructions on how we can overcome every challenge.
The scripture above says ““And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, a Man stood opposite him with His sword drawn in His hand.” Understand here that Jesus in His own right as Captain of the Host of the Armies of Israel showed up immediately He saw that Israel faced “Jericho”. God shows up when we are embattled. He is not there to take sides, He shows up to the make sure His word concerning your live comes true. God has an interest in our victory. That is why Jesus came to disarm the powers and authorities that stood against us, triumphing over them publicly. Colossians 2:15
Anytime you stand by a “Jericho” in life, Jesus shows up, so that you can fall in line behind Him in that victory match.
Today, the Lord is with us as we forge forward towards our vision and what God has destined for us. Every impediment in our path will crumble in the name of Jesus.

Every “Jericho wall” in our path must crumble down, and every obtruction must be removed in the name of Jesus.
