God is able to give us rest from all trouble, so that we can focus our energies on building our lives.
Sicknesses, conflict and vehicle accidents are some of the things that take time, money and resources from us. Long phone conversations and constantly being on Facebook or WhatsApp, can steal time that we could have spent working on a project.
Today, we pray to the Lord to give us rest from everything that wastes our time, energy, our money and resources. We pray that anything that sucks our emotional energy shall be removed from our path. We ask that every “chaff” in our lives will be swept away by the wind of the spirit, in the name of Jesus. Holy Spirit empower us to concentrate on what we need to do for each day. Remove distractions from our path.
As the Lord, gives us rest and peace of mind, we pray that God will strengthen our hands and bless our efforts with success. We pray for a focused mind and sound spirit. Father cause us to also build “fortified cities” in our lives, let us do exploits and accomplish great feats, we and our children; in the name of Jesus.
