But Israel will be saved by the LORD with an everlasting salvation; you will never be put to shame or be disgraced, to ages everlasting. Isaiah 45:17
In the time of Herod king of Judea there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron. 6 Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commands and decrees blamelessly. 7 But they were childless because Elizabeth was not able to conceive, and they were both very old. 11 Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense. 12 When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. 13 But the angel said to him: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John. Luke 1: 5-7, 11-12 NIV
Even though Zachariah and Elizabeth were good people of God, they had a problem that they were looking to God to solve. It looked as if the word of God that “they will never be put to shame” was not going to be true when it comes to child birth. But God’s word stands true forever and under every circumstance. Elizabeth gave birth in her old age to the glory of God.
Today, we pray that every “ancient door” will be open to us, and anything that has the potential to embarrass us will be removed, in the name of Jesus. We pray for increase, multiplication, expansion, elevation and promotion. We declare that we are free from the shame of poverty, disease, stagnation, separation, confusion and any situation that embarrasses and confounds us. Father, let there be a release of new life, new beginnings, fresh ideas, new relationships, good health, resolution of disputes court cases, favor, new streams of income and abundance of prosperity. We receive power from the Holy Spirit to clear every hurdle to the next level promotion. We declare that we will grow in our knowledge of God and His word; we break out of spiritual stagnation in the name of Jesus. Today, we declare that our faces shall never be covered with shame because we have stood in the presence of God to make this declaration. In the name of Jesus.
Lord, send Angels to us to ministers to every need. In the name of Jesus. As, an angel appeared to Zachariah to bring good news to him, so also, let us receive answers to prayers, even prayers we have given up on. In the name of Jesus. Let our face never be covered with shame. Amen.
