Today, we renew our strength in the Lord and take courage in Him. We refuse to be discouraged or put down by circumstances and issues we are dealing with, or our present needs that have to be attended to. We stand firm in our faith, believing that our God is more than able and willing to help us. We declare that nothing can steal our joy in the Lord, not sickness, or need or family problems. We stand firm in faith, we are courageous and we are strong. We refuse to give up hope as we wait for God to bring to pass all his promises concerning us.
Lord, we pray that fill our children with a new hope and joy and strength as they grow in you. Let our homes be a place of joy, encouragement and strength. Let our joy and courage affect and lift up those around us. Thank you in the name of Jesus.
