God is gracious and compassionate!

“Let Reuben live and not die, nor his people be few”
About Levi he said… “Bless all his skills, Lord, and be pleased with the work of his hands”.
((Deuteronomy 33: 6 and 8)

Moses, the servant of the Most High God, made this declaration just before the children of Israel were about to cross the Jordan to the greater part of Canaan. About 450 years before this statement, Reuben and Levi did not receive any blessing from their father Jacob because of their abominable transgressions. “Reuben, you are my firstborn… you will no longer excel, for you went up onto your father’s bed, onto my couch and defiled it”. (Genesis 49:4). So Reubenites and Levites had been under this burden for more than 400 years. However, when they entered Canaan (the place and dispensation of overflow), God who is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love restored the fortunes of Reuben and Levi. Our mistakes and the transgression of our ancestors may have landed us in a wrong relationships, deep financial holes or complicated legal entanglement.
This is the good news: No matter the duration (more than 400 years), the source (even when it from your parents), the cause (sexual defilement and anger) and the gravity of the consequences (the threat of extinction), God will restore us if we will truly repent and rend our heart and return to Him with fasting and weeping and mourning.” (Joel 2:12). If God restored Reuben, the powerful blood of Jesus can also restore and thrust you into a life of overflow. Beloved, God will repay you for the years the great, young, swarm and other locusts (devil) have eaten. The job, promotion, marriage and wealth which the devil or people took from you will be restored. Your health beauty and honor will be restored. You will have plenty to eat, until you are full.
The Lord will send you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before. The threshing floors will be filled with grain; the vats will overflow with new wine and oil. Never again will my people be shamed. THEN you will know that I am in Israel, that I am the Lord your God, and that there is no other (Joel 2). We will experience all manner of blessings and overflow from the presence of God.
We thank you God our Father.
Amen and Amen
