The Lord protects His own from malicious people who try to take advantage of us or try to give us the short end of the stick. Laban was Jacob’s uncle, yet he tried to cheat Jacob out of his wages ten times. We pray that every the Lord will restrain the hand of every person who seeks to cause us harm at our jobs, in business and our families. Father, cause us to have favor in every relationship and let people who do not know us do us good. In the name of Jesus.
